Join us at Bob for a Flow class, led by local mind body health coach, Rochelle Gance.
In our endeavour to find a bit of times for ourselves, we’ll be pushing aside the salon chairs to practice slow rhythmic movements help us to slow down and relax.
What is flow?
Flow is a powerful yet gentle movement practice that slows down the body and mind, and helps to release muscle tension, stress and anxiety.
A fusion of Tai Chi and Qi Gong, the slow, rhythmic movements help improve blood circulation and digestion, as well as flexibility and mobility in the spine, and reduce inflammation and injuries.
Flow is a beautiful and gentle practice that is a fusion of Tai Chi and Qigong.

About Rochelle Gance
Rochelle Gance is a Mind Body Health Coach. She helps busy, stressed, overwhelmed women to have less stress and more joy in their daily lives. She also supports women to find a better relationship with their body and food.
