Cancellation Policy

We require a 50% deposit to secure your booking, as your appointment time is reserved exclusively for you.

We understand that plans can change. We kindly ask for at least 48 hours’ notice for any cancellations or rescheduling. Cancellations or changes made with less than 48 hours’ notice will result in the deposit being forfeited.

Same-day cancellations or reschedules may be charged 100% of the appointment cost.

Please note that voicemails left on Sundays or public holidays are not considered sufficient notice, as we may not have enough time to rebook your appointment. During these times, please contact us via email at info@bobmelbourne.com.au.
