We’re looking for an experienced stylist with an established or growing clientele who wants to work a little differently.
Someone who wants autonomy, flexibility and genuine earning potential — but still loves being part of a great salon, working alongside a team and having the support and infrastructure around them to do their best work.
At Bob, we’re open to creating a structure around the right person, including a flexible commission-based contractor arrangement.
Think of it as the freedom of working for yourself, without having to build an entire salon around you.

Who we’re looking for
You’re already confident behind the chair and know the kind of stylist you want to be.
You have a loyal clientele or a solid client base you can bring with you and you’re ready to grow it further.
You care about beautiful work, great consultations and giving clients an experience that keeps them coming back.
And while you value independence, you still want to walk into a salon that feels inspiring, well run and genuinely supportive.
Ideally, you’re looking for 3–4 days a week, although we’re open to discussing what works for the right person.
