Senior Stylist / Style Director

If you’re ready for a new chapter - something more aligned, more rewarding, and more exciting this might be your moment. We’re hiring a Senior Stylist / Style Director:

We are looking for an experienced stylist who’s all in. Someone with presence, passion, and purpose. It’s a rare opportunity to grow your career, brand, and collaborate with a great team.

This role has been designed to reflect what you bring - with real earning potential that goes beyond the standard wage + comms setup.

We’re looking for:

  • Strong senior experience

  • A true team player who leads by example and shows up with purpose

  • Commitment, drive and a deep love for the industry

What you’ll get:

  • A flexible and customised pay structure based on experience, clientele, and contribution.

  • 4–5 day work week with only one late night — because balance matters.

  • Ongoing education with both on-site and off-site training, plus access to our incredible in-salon educator — a highly regarded former international trainer who works closely with our apprentices and, in doing so, brings invaluable knowledge, support, and creative inspiration to the whole team.

  • 4–6 weeks of annual leave, including a full 2-week break over Christmas, finishing before Christmas Eve.

  • Monthly team breakfasts — because connection over coffee is part of our culture.
