Slow Food: Tahini & Turmeric Sauce
Rich with the right amount of zest and flavour, this tahini and turmeric sauce is making its way onto just about everything, from salads and side dishes to marinades and dips. Quick and simple, it's the perfect way to jazz up any last minute dinner.

Makes approx 1/3 cup
1 ½ tablespoon olive oil
1 tablespoon tahini
½ lemon, juice and zest
2 teaspoons water
1 teaspoon ground turmeric (+ ½ teaspoon freshly grated – optional)
1 teaspoon maple syrup
1 tablespoon Greek yoghurt
Combine all ingredients and stir well until the tahini is fully incorporated. Serve with everything and anything.
